Profile Data including your username and password, profile picture, listings you have created (including item descriptions, photographs, specifications, condition assessments, and pricing), purchases or orders you have made, content you post, send, receive and share through our platform, and support requests you have made.

AI Feature Data including photographs of furniture items you upload for AI scene generation, generated AI scene images, and usage patterns and feature interaction data.

Interaction Data including information you provide when you participate in any interactive features, surveys, promotions, activities or events.

Marketing and Communications Data including your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us (where applicable) and your communication preferences.

Sensitive Information is a sub-set of personal information that is given a higher level of protection. We do not actively request sensitive information about you. If at any time we need to collect sensitive information about you, unless otherwise permitted by law, we will first obtain your consent and we will only use it as required or authorised by law.

We collect personal information in a variety of ways, including:

when you provide it directly to us, including when you register an account, create a listing, complete a transaction, or contact us;
when you complete a form, such as registering for any newsletters or responding to surveys;

to enable you to access and use our Service, including to provide you with a login;
to process and display listings, facilitate transactions and payment processing, and enable communication between buyers and sellers;
to process AI Scene Generator requests using uploaded images;
to contact and communicate with you about our business, including in response to any support requests or other enquiries you make with us;
for internal record keeping, administrative, invoicing and billing purposes;
for analytics, market research and business development, including to operate and improve our Service;
for advertising and marketing, including to send you promotional information about our events and experiences and information that we consider may be of interest to you (only if you have opted in to receive such communications);
to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and illegal activity, and enforce our Terms and Conditions;
to comply with our legal obligations or if otherwise required or authorised by law.
